Emily joined WOSM in 2019 and has embraced her personal motto with how she cares for her patients, believing that if you try to focus on being happy in the present moment without worrying about the future, you can find your peace within circumstances you may not have control over.

Born and raised in South Carolina, Emily attended undergrad at Wake Forest and graduated from PA school at the Medical University of South Carolina of Health Professions in 2017. She is one of four kids and enjoys all things fitness and outdoors. She is an avid painter and medical illustrator and enjoys exploring the museums, parks and overall culture of Washington, DC.

One of Emily’s favorite parts of being a member of WOSM, is the team method to patient care which she believes is defined by our selfless approach to meeting the needs of the patient with a positive attitude.
