Khadija graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from George Mason University. She continued her education at Marymount University graduating in 2018 with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Throughout her undergraduate and graduate experiences she developed skills in leadership and service, which she continues to utilize to assist the community through a variety of volunteer experiences. Khadija enjoys treating all orthopedic conditions especially those involving the lumbar spine and lower extremities.
Khadija has a passion for athletics through her own experience as a cross country and track athlete. This has led her to personal training and coaching strength and conditioning with the U19 Potomac Patriots Hockey Program. During her clinical affiliations in orthopaedics, she was trained in Maitland manual therapy and sports rehabilitation. Khadija remains especially interested in pain sciences and looks to understand addressing and assisting patients with the factors impacting their function.
